- Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates the effects of jet lag*.
- Lemon balm (Cyracos®) helps you fall asleep and promotes sleep.
- Hawthorn promotes relaxation and reduces signs of anxiety.
- Valerian reduces the effects of stress and improves sleep quality.
USE ADVICE
How do I take it ?
- Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime if you have trouble falling asleep.
- Take 2 capsules at bedtime if you wake up at night.
- Take 1 capsule before bedtime and 1 capsule at bedtime if you have difficulty falling asleep or waking up at night.
- Take 1 capsule before getting up on the day of departure and 1 capsule 1 hour before going to bed at your destination if you have jet lag.
When should it be taken ?
In the evening, 1 hour before bedtime and/or at bedtime, depending on your needs (see ‘How?’ tab).
How long does the treatment last ?
A 15-day programme of 2 capsules per evening. Cure renewable as many times as you like, without addiction.
COMPOSITION
Cyracos®: lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hawthorn leaf and flowering top extract (Crataegus monogyna), valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.
