DESCRIPTION

The basis of many perfumes, true lavender essential oil has a delicate scent.Naturally found in the northern Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for some years now in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia.In France, the four lavender-growing departments in the south of the country alone account for some 20,000 hectares of cultivation.

This essential oil is EOBBD (Essential Oil Botanically and Biochemically Defined).

USE ADVICE

Take a maximum of 2 drops of True Lavender essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 sugar). Do not use pure True Lavender essential oil without carrier, or mixed with water.Equivalence: 1ml = 31 drops.

Precautions for use :

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. True lavender essential oil is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under the age of 7, on pregnant or breast-feeding women, on people with a history of convulsive or epileptic disorders and on people allergic to essential oils.
