USE ADVICE

HOW DO I USE LISTERINE®?

LISTERINE® Whitening Care is used twice a day, morning and evening, as a complement to brushing to clean the areas that your toothbrush can't reach.

• Brush your teeth for 2 minutes
• Pour in 10 ml (2 x 5 ml teaspoons)
• Rinse for 60 seconds
• Spit out without rinsing

Use undiluted - Do not swallow - From age 12

HOW TO USE LISTERINE® FOR THE FIRST TIME

To gradually get used to the strength of LISTERINE®, linked to its essential oils, it is advisable to proceed in stages when using it for the first time.

• If swallowed, consult a doctor.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
