DESCRIPTION
BSN Médical Biplatrix Plaster Bandage can be applied immediately for immobilisation after trauma. The complementary use of a fisch cotton tubular jersey is recommended to protect the skin and facilitate removal of the appliance.
Indications :
- Immobilisation after trauma and bone surgery, orthopaedic corrections, treatment of bone and joint deficiencies.
- Wide band width: for corsets, lumbostats, etc.
USE ADVICE
Technical characteristics :
- short soaking time ( 6 seconds ), in water at room temperature (20 to 23° C);
- moderate spin-drying;
- rapid setting time: approximately 150 seconds;
- Drying time: 24 to 48 hours.
COMPOSITION
Mineral-based material (refined plaster) on a gauze base, stable in air and hardening after contact with water.
