Advice: sterilisation in a steriliser is preferable to boiling in a pan or soaking in a disinfectant liquid, which leaves a strong odour and preserves the elasticity of the teat. Cleaning with rubber, nylon or silicone brushes is recommended.

Tips: heat the bottle filled with mineral water in a bottle warmer, then pour in the quantity of milk powder. The powder will dissolve easily with few lumps. With the bottle closed, roll the bottle vertically in your hands to homogenise the contents. Warm or hot milk is much easier to digest and makes it easier to fall asleep.
