DESCRIPTION
Indications
Nail fungus is characterised by a discolouration of the nails (white, yellow or brown) and a possible thickening of the nail. Amorolfine 5% Arrow is a medicated nail varnish used to treat mycosis affecting a maximum of 2 nails in adults.
Method and route of administration
Amorolfine 5% Arrow is applied to the nail in the same way as a conventional nail varnish. A certain number of steps must be followed for the medicine to work best. A list of these steps, together with advice, is provided in the package leaflet.
Dosage
The recommended dose is one application per week, repeated every week. For the treatment to be optimal, a new healthy nail must have grown back completely. This may take 6 months for the hands and 9 to 12 months for the feet.
Precautions for use
Never use Amorolfine 5% Arrow in the following cases:
- You are allergic to varnish or any of its constituents.
- You are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- You are under 18 years of age.

In order to avoid any drug interaction, it is essential to inform your doctor of any current or recent use of medicines, including those obtained without a prescription.
Do not use Amorolfine 5% Arrow during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.

Active substance (per 100 ml of varnish) :
Amorolfine hydrochloride: 5.57 g
amount corresponding to Amorolfine base: 5 g
Other ingredients: methacrylic acid copolymer, triacetin, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, absolute ethanol.
