Glycerine suppository. This medicine is used in certain cases of constipation and as a preparation for endoscopic examinations of the rectum.
Precautions for use :

In these situations, it is preferable to avoid using this medicine.
Contraindications :
Allergy (hypersensitivity) to glycerol or any of the other ingredients.
Administer rectally. The suppository can be soaked in cold water to make it easier to insert.
The usual dose is 1 suppository 5 to 30 minutes before your bowel movement, repeated once in the next half-hour if you are still constipated.
On average, constipation treatment should not exceed 10 days.
