Glycerine suppository. This medicine is used in certain cases of constipation and as a preparation for endoscopic examinations of the rectum.
Precautions for use :

In these situations, it is preferable to avoid using this medicine.
The use of rectal laxatives in children should be exceptional: the risk of impairing the normal functioning of the defecation reflex should be taken into account.
Contraindications :
Allergy (hypersensitivity) to glycerol or any of the other ingredients.
Administer rectally. The suppository can be soaked in cold water to make it easier to insert: one suppository 5 to 30 minutes before the chosen time for exoneration, with a 24-hour break every 3 days.
On average, constipation treatment should not exceed 10 days.
