USE ADVICE

Heat

Take a dab of cream and heat it between your hands.

Smooth over

Using both hands, lightly smooth this body treatment upwards from the ankles to the waist (repeat the movement twice), then from the wrists to the shoulders and finally from the lower abdomen upwards.
