Thuasne sport strapping ankle support

This Thuasne sport ankle brace provides even support for the joint during sport (rugby, running, handball, basketball, etc.). It is suitable for unstable ankles or those that have suffered a sprain, and helps you to resume sporting activities. The lightweight, perforated elastic fabric provides even support for the ankle while wicking away perspiration. The two elastic straps reinforce the ligaments and limit lateral movements.

Simple to use

Put on the ankle boot, with the opening on the heel. Lay your foot flat and close the ankle support with the strap.Fold and tighten the straps on the left side (your left) over the instep and wrap around the ankle.Fold and tighten the second strap, covering the first.Depending on the nature of the injury (sprain of the lateral collateral ligament or, more rarely, the medial collateral ligament) and the foot involved (left or right), the positioning of the strap varies: On the right foot, start wrapping the strap on the right. On the left foot, start wrapping the strap on the left.Installation is illustrated in the instructions for use.

Sizes Available in 4 sizes :

Measurement : circumference of the ankle, above the malleolus.

If you are between two sizes, we advise you to take the larger size.

To be effective, the ankle support must stick to the skin.

 Bilateral product: The ankle brace fits both ankles.

Composition : polyamide, synthetic rubber (SBR), polyester, thermoplastic polyurethane, elastane.

Care : machine wash at 30°C (delicate cycle).

Do not use detergents, fabric softeners or aggressive products (chlorine products, etc.).
