Silistab® Achillo

Class 3 proprioceptive elastic ankle brace for Achilles tendon

Indicated for : Conservative treatment of Achilles tendon rupture - Post-operative Achilles tendon pain and oedema - Treatment and prevention of Achilles tendon injuries: tendinopathies, tenosynovitis, bursitis and Haglund's disease - Prevention of Achilles tendon sports injuries.

Target patient: Patient with Achilles tendon damage

1 - Protection of the Achilles tendon: peri- Achilles insert to limit impact

2 - Achilles tendon unloading: pairs of two heel pads that can be fitted together to provide 3 heights of unloading (5, 8 or 13mm)

3 - Proprioceptive effect: class 3 compression elastic knit* (20-36mmHg /27.1 48 hPa)

4 - Comfort: anatomically shaped knit with specific zones around the malleoli
