As hair and nails have identical basic constituents, the active ingredients contained in Théralica® Hair and Nails have a beneficial effect on their resistance, longevity and external appearance (shine and strength).

Arugula extract helps to stimulate the hair bulb, promoting hair growth.

Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM), arginine, inositol, sulphur amino acids, zinc and stabilised othosilicic acid improve :

• The quality of keratin, the main structure of the phanera (nails and hair).
• The health of the scalp.
• The quality of the hair's outer envelope (shine).

USE ADVICE

Take 2 capsules in the morning.

Duration of treatment 30-day programme. An initial 3-month course of treatment is strongly recommended.
